The 15 referrals I purchased from bux.to for that program seem to be doing quite well (screenshot to left). Already more than half way to the payout threshold of $10. Should soon be able to request payout, and will then see how good they are at paying.

I actually passed the withdrawal threshold of $10 a couple of days ago. I'm now up to $12.01, but I've decided to wait until I pass the $16.98 I originally spent on referrals.
