Success University is both a training resource and an income opportunity, although so far I've only really used the training features, and not the opportunity. As well as all the available elective and achievement courses available on the website, SU also posts out to members an audio CD and a DVD. Well worth the money spent every month just for the DC & DVD.
I should probably look into promoting the opportunity also.
